CONNECTION
We slow down, listen, and meet each other with presence and an open mind.
AWARENESS
We pause, notice, and become curious about what is happening within and around us.
CONFIDENCE
We explore trusting ourselves, making choices, and discovering what we’re capable of.
GROWTH
With curiosity, we try new ways, and allow ourselves to change.
What happens in a session?
Every session is unique and guided by you, the horses and what emerges in the moment. Here is what a session might include:

Observing
Notice the horses, their body language and what is happening around and within you.

Connecting
Spend time being around a horse, interacting, walking or simply being alongside each other.

Exploring
Try experimental activities around communication, boundaries, awareness, regulation or problem-solving.

Reflecting
Notice what happened, what you discovered and what you might take with you.
There is no set formula.
Sessions respond to you, the horses and what emerges on the day.

Choice goes both ways.
At EquineLibreUm, both people and horses are active participants. You are always welcome to pause, say no, observe or choose another activity — and our horses are given the same freedom to communicate their preferences.
Who comes to EquineLibreUm?
You don't need a diagnosis, referral or previous horse experience to take part.

OUR APPROACH
A different kind of learning.

Meet your teachers.
Our horses aren't tools used to teach a predetermined lesson. They are individuals with their own personalities, preferences and boundaries — and what happens between horse and human becomes part of the learning.

ABOUT
Hi, I'm Olga
I’m an Equine Assisted Learning facilitator and teacher with a deep love for horses, nature and learning. I created EquineLibreUm as a space where people can slow down, connect and discover more about themselves through relationship with horses.
My approach is gentle, curious and consent-based, honouring both people and horses as individuals with their own needs, boundaries and choices. Rather than providing answers or advice, I create space for awareness, exploration, connection and learning to emerge naturally.
